- Documents such as Certificates, Resolutions, Financials, and POAs

- Payment-related data (gateway reference, transaction IDs)

- Document uploads via the portal

- Support forms and user interactions
5. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process data strictly for:
- LEI issuance, renewal, update, or transfer
- Regulatory compliance and reporting (e.g., GLEIF, RBI, SEBI, etc.)
- Billing, invoicing, and audit trail
- Data quality improvement and challenge management
- Customer communication and support resolution
6. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent provided at the time of application or registration
- Legal obligations under regulatory frameworks
- Legitimate interest in providing services as an LOU (post accreditation)

Important Notice:
Certain data processing operations related to LEI lifecycle management (e.g., public LEI data, parent relationship data, and legal entity records) are mandated by GLEIF and regulatory frameworks. In such cases:
- Requests for deletion or access revocation may be restricted
- Public LEI data cannot be withdrawn from publication after issuance
- Deletion or modification will be honored only to the extent permitted by law and GLEIF procedures
